Remote computer support. You watch every click.
A technician connects to your computer over the internet, with you looking at the screen, and fixes the one thing you booked. Thirty or sixty minute blocks. From $45 per 30-minute block, confirmed in writing before anyone connects. Nothing stays installed after a one-off session unless you ask for it.
You read us a nine-digit code. We connect. You watch the whole time. If it is hardware, we say so inside ten minutes and the clock stops.
The technician who answers +1 (899) 555-5520 is the one who connects, does the work and writes the note. No call centre, no ticket desk. SPLE is the trading name of Sples Top, 74 Cedar Court, Office 12, Austin, Texas. Who answers.
Nothing stays installed unless you ask.
A one-off remote session uses a one-time code and a connection that ends when the call ends. We do not drop a background agent on your machine, and we do not keep a key to come back later. If you want us to be able to log in without you being there, that is a different product with its own name, its own password and a written list of who may use it.
- 01One-time code read out over the phone, visible on your screen the whole time.
- 02Session ends, tool closes, nothing left behind to clean up afterwards.
- 03Unattended access is a separate, named product. It is never slipped in during a one-off session.
- 04Short written note of what was changed, so another technician can read it next week.
Twelve lines of work, priced by what the job actually takes.
Every price reads from. We send a short written confirmation with the agreed figure before anyone connects. Hover a name on desktop to see the picture; tap through on a phone.

How common faults break, and how long the fix runs.
Eight symptoms we hear often, the cause we usually find, and the time the fix usually takes. These are typical, not promised. A session that goes longer gets a nod from you before the next block starts.
| Symptom | Usual cause | Typical length | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outlook keeps asking for a password | A stale cached credential and a profile that needs rebuilding against the current tenant. | 30 min | Mail and accounts |
| Printer gone offline overnight | Windows Update swapped the maker's driver for a generic one that cannot see the paper tray. | 25 min | Printers and scanners |
| Laptop crawls after an update | Two antivirus engines fighting each other, or OneDrive syncing the whole desktop at full tilt. | 45 min | Slow PC cleanup |
| New laptop needs to be ready for day one | Clean install, accounts joined, mail profile, shared drive, printer, the right default browser, bloat off. | 90 min | New workstation setup |
| Mesh node drops when the microwave runs | Node in the kitchen on a 2.4 GHz band that shares with the oven; moving it six feet and splitting the bands fixes it. | 40 min | Router, Wi-Fi and VPN |
| Call sounds come out of the wrong speaker | The dock keeps renaming the default audio device every time the laptop sleeps. | 30 min | Home office kit configuration |
| Deleted a folder, do not know when | Version history on OneDrive or iCloud, if the backup was switched on; honest answer when it was not. | 30–60 min | Backup and file recovery |
| Who still has remote access to our PCs | Three remote tools installed over the years, two old staff accounts, one browser extension nobody remembers. | 60 min | Remote access audit |
D1 / typical by symptom, read from past jobs. Your session may be shorter or longer and is confirmed in writing before anyone connects.
Book a session. Or ask if it is a remote job.
Leave a line or two about what the computer is doing. We will reply with a block, a figure and what to have ready, or we will say plainly that this needs hands and point you to a local bench.
