You can ask for support without using the form.
Remote computer support should not depend on getting past an awkward control. If this website or a connection tool blocks you, call or email SPLE and tell us which route works better.

We work toward access that does not depend on a mouse. Our reference is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, not a claim of certification.
We aim to make the catalogue, booking routes and legal information usable with a keyboard, screen reader or magnified display. WCAG 2.2 Level AA guides that work. This statement is not a third-party audit or a claim that every combination of browser and assistive technology has been tested.
The practical test is whether you can find a service and ask for it. If a control prevents that, you do not need to diagnose the website before contacting us. Give us the page address and what you were trying to do. We can discuss the same service by phone or email while the barrier is investigated.
The keyboard has a route through the page.Skip the navigation, follow focus and expand these sections without a pointer.
The first link skips to the main content. Tab moves between links and controls; Shift+Tab moves back. Focus has a visible outline. These disclosure headings are native browser controls: use Enter or Space to open the focused section, then Tab to move to any links inside it.
Hover effects are decorative. A service link should still be a service link when you cannot hover. The full catalogue is a direct route to the individual service pages. If a menu or chat panel traps focus, leave it and use the contact details below; tell us which browser and input method were involved.
Text can grow without turning the page into a picture.Service copy remains selectable text, with headings and labelled controls.
Use your browser's zoom or operating system magnifier. The layout changes to a single column on smaller screens, and legal ledger rows become labelled blocks rather than narrow columns. You do not need to read the photographed screens to understand a service. Photographs have text alternatives and are not instructions.
We use visible labels for form fields and do not rely on colour alone to describe a required action. Long technical names can still be difficult to read at high magnification. If a label gets cut off or a button covers another control, report the page and your zoom level. The email route remains available for the same inquiry.
Reduced motion takes precedence over decorative effects.Reading and booking do not require moving images or pointer previews.
The design respects the reduced-motion preference set in your device or browser. Decorative pointer-follow previews and magnetic movement are not required to find a service. Touch users get ordinary links and page images rather than being asked to imitate a desktop hover.
There is no autoplay video to pause. If movement still causes a problem, use the direct contact page or email us. Include the page where it happened and whether reduced motion was already enabled, so we can investigate the actual behaviour rather than asking you to change a setting you already use.
You only need one way for us to reply.Phone or email is enough; chat is not a condition of booking.
The inquiry form requires your name, permission to store the inquiry and a reply route. Phone and email are each optional on their own, but one must be supplied. If completing the consent control is difficult, contact us directly rather than repeatedly submitting a form that will not go through.
Chat is an alternative, not an access gate. Its messages update while the panel is open, which can be distracting with some screen readers. You can close it and email the same description. Please do not send passwords or medical information to explain an access preference. “Please reply by email” is enough.
A remote session needs its own access check.A usable website does not make every third-party connection prompt usable.
Tell us before a remote tech support session if you use a screen reader, speech input or a magnifier. We can discuss how you want instructions given and whether a phone conversation helps. Do not disable your normal access settings just to make the screen look like ours.
Connection software and operating system security prompts have their own limits. A remote technician may not be able to operate a local permission prompt, hear your screen reader or control a secure sign-in screen. You must still understand and approve the connection. If that cannot be done safely, we stop and discuss another route rather than asking someone to approve a prompt they cannot read.
Report the barrier in the format that works for you.No screenshot is required, and you do not need a technical diagnosis.
Email [email protected] or call +1 (899) 555-5520. Booking hours are Mon to Fri 8:00 to 18:00 CT. Include the page address and the action you could not complete. Browser and assistive technology details help if you know them, but they are not a condition of reporting a problem.
The operator is Sples Top, trading at sples-top.click. Postal correspondence goes to 74 Cedar Court, Office 12, Austin, Texas 95088, United States. Tell us your preferred reply method. We use your report to respond and investigate; the privacy policy explains storage, and Request your data gives the route for access or deletion.
A barrier report does not reserve a session or commit you to a fee. For the rules governing actual work, including the hardware triage and follow-up commitments, read the session guarantee.
