Effective dateThis notice takes effect on October 6, 2026, and was last updated that day.

Sples Top runs sples-top.click as SPLE, from 74 Cedar Court, Office 12, Austin, Texas 95088, United States. When this notice changes, the date above changes with it, and if the change adds a new cookie or a new recipient, the banner asks you again.

Categories in useThree kinds: strictly necessary, analytics and advertising. Only the first runs without your say-so.

Strictly necessary. The key that remembers your consent choice, and the chat token if you start a conversation. Without them the banner would reappear on every page and the chat would forget you. They hold no tracking identifier.

Analytics. Counting which pages are read and where visitors drop off. Governed by the analytics_storage signal, denied until you click Allow.

Advertising. Cookies that Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads use to link an inquiry back to the ad click that brought you here. Governed by ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization, denied until you click Allow.

Everything below the first two rows is written only after you click Allow. With the default denied state, none of those names appear in your browser.

Advertising platforms and click identifiersGoogle Ads and Microsoft Advertising send traffic here now, Meta Ads when a campaign runs, and each tags its clicks.

We pay for ads, and you may have clicked one. Each platform adds its own identifier to the link it sends you through:

  • gclid: added by Google Ads.
  • msclkid: added by Microsoft Advertising.
  • fbclid: added by Meta Ads.

The identifier sits in the address bar either way. It is only stored in a cookie, and only reported back to the platform, after you allow storage. None of these platforms has reviewed or approved this site.

Consent Mode v2Four signals start at denied on every first visit and only you can switch them on.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before any tag runs, the page sets these four signals to denied:

K5 / Signals, live state in your browser
SignalControlsNow
ad_storageAdvertising cookiesdenied
ad_user_dataSending your data to Google for adsdenied
ad_personalizationPersonalized ads and remarketingdenied
analytics_storageAnalytics cookiesdenied

Allow switches all four to granted. Decline, or withdrawing later, sets all four back to denied straight away. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, they stay denied and we do not ask.

Giving, changing or withdrawing consentThe banner asks once; the buttons here and Cookie settings in every footer change it later.

The banner at the bottom of your first page has two buttons, Allow and Decline, given equal weight. It does not block the page. Your answer is stored under site_consent_v2 for 12 months.

To change it, use the buttons below or the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Last recorded: —.

If you declineEverything you came for still works. Only ad and analytics measurement stops.

Still works: every page, the symptom lookup, the inquiry form, the support chat, phone and email. Your inquiry is handled exactly the same way.

Stops: no advertising or analytics cookie is written, the gclid, msclkid or fbclid in your link is not stored, and the ad platforms receive no conversion from your visit. They may still count the click itself, since that happens on their side before you arrive.

The platforms' own policiesEach platform explains its own handling. These are the documents to read.
